RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At basic. , all products are made to order. Because each item is custom produced upon purchase, all sales are final except in the circumstances outlined below.
ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
We will replace or refund an item only if:
• The item arrives damaged
• There is a verified manufacturing defect
• You received the incorrect item
To submit a claim, you must contact us at shopbasicbrandstore@gmail.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery and include:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of packaging (if damaged)
• Description of issue
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial.
FINAL SALE
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selected
• Buyer’s remorse
• Color differences due to screen settings
• Minor print placement variations
• Shipping delays
• Refused packages
Phone cases, tote bags, blankets, accessories, limited releases, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale unless defective.
SIZE RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts before purchase. We do not guarantee fit.
FRAUD PREVENTION
Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
We reserve the right to deny suspicious claims, refuse service, or pursue action in cases of fraudulent disputes.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was misprinted, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Please contact us first before returning any product.
